DC To-GoGo takes the COVID-19 crisis very seriously. Our number one priority is ensuring the safety of our staff, drivers, restaurant partners, and customers. We are staying abreast of the current public health guidelines on sanitation and cleanliness. We are doing everything we can to ensure your food is prepared and delivered safely. Our safety procedures are updated frequently, and we welcome any feedback about how we can best keep our customers and community as safe as possible.
What To-GoGo is doing to ensure the safety of its customers:
- Delivery Precautions: No-contact delivery is our current default delivery method. Customers can request specific delivery instructions in the notes of their orders, and delivery drivers will contact customers by phone to confirm proper delivery.
- Restaurant Best Practices: To-GoGo communicates best safety practices to all restaurants, including professionally-vetted safe food handling plans. All drivers are provided with masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer.
- Food Safety: According to the CDC, there is no evidence that COVID-19 is transmitted by food. Still, all restaurants follow DC Food Safety and Hygiene Regulations.
